Tracey brings 6 years of experience as a Certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner. It is her passion to help others through physical or emotional distress.

Tracey is a Certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner. Reiki is energy healing that promotes relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being.  She is very passionate about this gift of healing. She incorporates a mini-reading into her sessions by providing an overview of her crystal selection for each client.

Tracey also offers Hot Rock Reiki. This relaxing session incorporates hot rocks that are placed on the chakras to open, heal and balance them. The rocks are then placed on a table and the formation of the rocks and crystals are your message from the Universe.

Add 15 minutes of the singing triangle to your Reiki treatments! Tracey will use a singing triangle to raise the vibration of cells, balance the body and provide a deep sense of relaxation.

Tracey is certified in Indie Head Massage.  Indie Head Massage is a form of therapy based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda.  Oil and essential oils are applied to the scalp and hair and combined with therapeutic massage to the shoulders, neck, scalp, arms and face.  Indie Head Massage can assist in alleviating headaches, migraines, improving tissue health and circulation.  It can also stimulate hair follicles for regrowth. It renews energy levels, relieves sleeplessness and removes tension in the jaw and face.
